Couch to 5K

So I am still progressing on my goal to running a 5K. This week is week 5 and it is harder than ever. I am still enjoying it though. I love that I can feel my body getting stronger. I love that I can walk around my yard and not get winded. I love, love, love that my clothes are fitting a little better. I guess that the pain is worth it. I am still popping advil or aleve almost daily and my muscles are still sore, but I guess that means progress. I am about half way done now and I am really looking forward to Sept 19.
