Health Days

One of the greatest parts about growing up in Smithfield, UT has to have been the city celebration, Health Days.  We always watched the parade on 200 North and then would walk back to my Grandma's house to have lunch before heading to the park for booths and rides.  Well things have changed a little bit since then.  My grandparents no longer live in their house, they have changed the parade route, and moved the booths to Forrester Acres.  We now get together in the morning to run a 5k then move to center street to watch the parade and finally drive to Forrester Acres for lunch and games.  It is a great, crazy weekend spent with family.  I love sharing my hometown with my kids and watching them have fun doing the same things I did as a kid.

This year my nieces were in the children's play.  They both did such a great job
