I just want to introduce everyone to Lacey. I know these aren't the greatest pictures, I took them with my broken camera. Lacey is a 3.5 year old Shih Tzu. She is very well behaved and very calm. She is practically perfect because she is already trained. So I don't have to deal with a puppy.
We surprised the kids with her last night. They were so excited. Savannah keeps saying "I can't believe I have a real life puppy." She is adjusting well to her knew surroundings and kids. Hailey was so funny. She got down on the floor and crawled around the house after Lacey. Just giggling. She was a little more shy this morning, but she is totally fascinated by Lacey. 
Savannah and Dallin and totally in love. The first thing they said this morning is "where is the dog?" Dallin has to keep asking me "what is her name again?" They should have a great weekend getting to know this little lady.

They should have a great weekend getting to know this little lady. Yes her hair is long right now, we are having her fixed on Monday and then we have to wait 10 days before we can get her clipped. So soon she will be sporting a short new do.
She is very pretty! Glad they are liking her. Did the owner tell you what food she was feeding her?

ReplyDeleteGood luck with the dog. I grew up with a dog, but Debbi's family taught her to hate dogs at a young age. I hope Lacey is good to you! Who is responsible for her?
ReplyDeleteI will probably take care of her most of the time. Yes we have her on the same food she was eating before. Because she is an older dog she is already trained which makes life so good.
