Here's your sign

They sure do a lot of things differently in Australia. We really got a kick out of the sign and names for things. Here are some of our favourite signs from Australia.

They are much more open about everything in Australia. This sign is from the Healesville Sanctuary. I am just I don't have to explain that to my kids.

Isn't that just rubbish?

"Guess I won't use that toilet."

In case you don't like your baby.

Can you believe that they charge a buck for a handful of Jelly Bellys?!?!?

We didn't see too many exit signs on Australia.

I guess they don't want you to leave the train station.

Say this one out loud. Then I will see you next Sunday.

Justin liked the Large Coaches, I personally like the spelling of curb.

We got all excited when we saw this sign from afar. We were disappointed when we saw it was only about plants.

This sign was on the bus that took us to the hot air balloon ride. I was bummed that I couldn't take my Mercury, bleach or paint thinner on the ride with me.;)

It was nice to see a sign from home in Cairns.

This was the best sign of all. I got in trouble for taking this picture, apparently they don't like you to take pictures in secure areas. We were so happy to see this sign and be back in the USA. McDonald's at the airport cost us half as much as McDonald's in Australia. We were able get a Dr. Pepper and a real lemonade. Apparently lemonade and sprite are interchangeable in Australia.

  2. LOVE it! Brian and I got a total kick out of that!! Is it bad that we didn't even realize there was something wrong with the word "curb" before you mentioned it?
