Hailey had her first day of preschool today. She has been dying to go since the kids started. Miss Lori sent home a count down calendar for her and she has been completely faithful in doing it each day. She knew exactly what she was going to wear today weeks ago. Today was a short day, which was good, so it will allow her to ease into it. I am a little anxious about her not that she will not like it, but because she speaks so bizarrely. She is so hard to understand, and I don't want her to be made fun of or struggle because of it. I wouldn't worry about it but it became apparent how bad it is when she said a prayer in Primary and all the kids laughed at her. I felt so bad for her, luckily she was completely oblivious. Anyway this is supposed to be a happy post. So here are her cute pictures!

Shoot, I lost my comment. ok, here we go again. First, I LOVE her shoes, super great find! Want to sell them to me when she outgrows them? maybe Delaney could wear them?!?! I love her hair. She is just adorable! So sad about her prayer in primary though. I'm sure that just broke your heart. Good thing she is young enough not to realize it though. Maybe preschool will help with her speech. I'm sure she will outgrow it soon. no matter what, she is a cutie! :)

ReplyDeleteI hate how mean kids are! I was thinking about her the other day and wondered if you'd had her hearing checked (just wondering). Her pictures are darling! I LOVE the shoes! Bella wants them!
