Last month my mom and I took the kids and headed to Midway to see the Ice Castle. It was so amazing. We got to meet Anna and Elsa and play in the ice tunnels. The best part was the ice slide, I did something totally out of the ordinary and joined the kids. They all went first and then I went down the slide. This was the reaction when I came out of the slide.
Man that made the wet knees and butt worth it. I love surprising my children.
I am so glad that we were able to make it up to see these. This was the last day that they were opened, because of the unusually warm February we had this year. Next year I would love to go back and night. I bet with the lights on, it would be extra amazing.
