One of those days

Do you ever have one of those days when you just want to send your kids to the moon. Today I could have sent Hailey. How one child can be so sweet and so cantankerous all with in 5 seconds is new to me. Hailey has always been a stubborn child with a mind of her own. Even when she was a baby, she knew who she liked and didn't and no amount of coaxing would change her mind. Very few people could coax a smile out of her. Thanks heavens for a very charming nursery leader or I would still be in the hall with her. As she has gotten older she has relaxed considerably. She really enjoys life . She is so crazy and still so stubborn. She is very bossy to the bigger kids and when I tell her she isn't the boss she says "yes I am the boss of ______" She is even bossy to Lucy (the dog). She grabs her collar and drags her all around the house if she isn't where she wants her to be.

Hailey can also be a sweet heart she loves to share. If she is getting a treat she makes sure she has one for Dallin and Savannah too. She is always worried that someone might get left. If someone gets out the of the car when it is running she will always say (or scream) "you don leave mommy".

So the reasons I have wanted to send her to the moon may really not be that bad. She after all only two years old. I guess that I will keep her around so I can enjoy the funny and loud way she talks a little longer. I will let her say "I be nice" instead of I'm sorry and "I lod you" and I will enjoy this short time I have.
