I can't believe that Savannah is big enough to start kindergarten. Today was her first day, although she only went for an hour to meet her teacher and see the school. Then she has the next four days off while the school does kindergarten testing. Her first full day won't be until next Thursday. Justin took her today, since he won't be here for back to school night. They had tons of fun working together on a treasure hunt to explore the school. She got a pencil box and filled it up as she went then the last spot was her cubby to put it away. She even got a cute treat and being the sweet girl that she is, she brought one home for Dallin. Dallin was so sad that he could go with her. I think it is really good that he starts next week. Before Savannah went to school this morning we went over the rules for kindergarten. She was so excited and knew them all. Including the one about being nice to everyone. Not that I have to worry about her. Every time we go anywhere she asks if she can make a new friend. She is very sweet and thinks that everybody should be friends.
How did she get so old so fast? I can't believe it! What a doll...We were just looking at pictures of her as a baby and now she's all grown up! Where does the time go? Tell her we love her and are proud of her!
