Birthday Parties and Children's Plays

What a fun day we had today. Savannah performed in her munchkin theatre performance of T'was the Night Before Christmas. She had two solo lines and delivered both of them great. The kids did such a great job. The oldest child in the play was 8 and some of those kids had a lot of lines to memorize. Thank you to the Centre Stage Theatre for working so had to make our kids shine.

After the show we had a party for Hailey. Grandma and Grandpa Larsen, Grandma Meikle, Aunt Stephie and Maddie, and Uncle Dallas and his Girlfriend Lindy all came down to watch the play and then came to our house after. I made clam chowder and then we gave Hailey her presents. She loved tearing off the paper and getting new toys and clothes. She was always sad when I had to take something away to have her open her next gift. Thanks to our whole family who were all too generous as usual. Hailey loved her all her gifts. After presents we blew out the birthday candle and gave her, her very own cake. She had a great time picking the frosting off and trying to scoop it up with her spoon.
