When do you start Decorating

Thanksgiving weekend. I refuse to decorate before then. I do let my dh put up the Christmas lights before then, because he likes to do it before it is 20 degrees outside. I don't turn them on until after Thanksgiving though. It takes me a full week to get everything out, but the I am continually tweaking things throughout the season. I am always adding new things so things must be changed.
