Savannah has turned into a pumpkin. One by one her teeth have started falling out. This morning she lost another one. However it wasn't the big one in the middle, that really needs to fall out because it is starting to grow sideways. It was one on the side, that I didn't even know was loose. We have started calling her Jack and she thinks it is so funny. 
She looks so much like you in that picture! Very cute! She's not going to be able to eat anything soon.
