Tagged

Okay Courtni, my sil, tagged me for this one. Here are six of my quirks:

1-I have to copy Court on this one. I am so ADD. I move about my day constantly distracted by one thing or another. This morning for example I was trying to clean out a bathroom cupboard and walked into the family room, saw the ensign sitting there and started reading my visiting teaching lesson. Completely leaving a big mess in the bathroom. I did eventually get back to the bathroom, but worked on several other things along the way.

2-I don't mind doing laundry. I like to get it all done in one day. If it drags on it drives me crazy. I like to hang most of my kids clothes up, then they actually wear them. I like to fold laundry and watch tv good way to feel productive and lazy at the same time.

3- I love to watch TV. I am so happy that we are back in regular programing. I love to relax after the kids are in bed and watch tv. Justin on the hand likes to be doing something. He can never sit still. As much as I like to watch tv, I enjoy reading more. I can easily waste a whole day lost in a book. Children, home and life is completely disregarded.

4- I do my best thinking in the shower. I am waiting for someone to invent someway of making a list in the shower. I will often think of things I need to do, people I need to call, or something I wanted to look up online and then soon as I step out of the shower, poof it is gone.

5- I love to create things. I love to have a mess going, and to see a final product. One of my favorite things to do is to paint walls. I love the instant satisfaction of how it changes a room.

6- I love relief society. I know that is a weird thing to love, but I love the sisterhood that exists there. I love going to enrichment night and getting to know my neighbors better. I actually love any RS meetings. It is always great to find out what I can learn from someone else. I am even learning to like Visiting Teaching. This has been my biggest struggle, but I am understanding the purpose and know that it will enrich my life.

Okay now I have to tag two people. I tag Holly and Brandi.

  1. Ok Alesa I'm going to actually try and do this. I'll have to think on it first though. I have so many quirks, how to narrow it to only 6?? J/K! Thanks for the tag.

  2. I'll try. I've tried this before, but I decided I don't have many quirks. I'm the most normal person I know!

  4. Loved reading this -- I am impressed that you did get back to cleaning your bathroom...usually if I stop doing something, Brian comes home to a room half done, vacuum out, etc.

Funny thing about loving RS...I am sure I would like it, but I haven't been in RS for more than 6 months total in my entire 7 years of marriage due to other callings. Maybe someday :-) Oh, and I purposely miss enrichment if I think it is weird (bad, I know) but last time they were going to make feather fans...ummmm...just couldn't bring myself to using a whole night doing that!
