Okay I have decided that I need get back in shape. I get winded just walking up the stairs. Stephanie suggested the Couch to 5K running program and and the end of the summer we would run a 5K together. Sounded great. So last week I started. I downloaded some podcasts that have cheesy music but tell me when to run and walk. The good thing is because I am not worrying about timing myself it actually goes pretty quickly. Stephanie and I are going to run the Top of Utah 5K on September 19 if anyone wants to join us.
