Day 7- Downtown Disney and the Beach.

Yes I realize what this picture looks like.  He is  pretending to hold a light saber.
We decided to hit Downtown Disney on out last day in CA.  We had to go to the Lego store and get one more order of beignets (ben-yays!!)  The kids loved the Lego store.  There were so many cool sets to look at and fun displays.  They had lego tables where the kids could build stuff.  I think Dallin would have stayed there all day.  Savannah even picked out a bucket of her own legos so that Dallin no longer holds the monopoly on the legos at our house.

We loved the beignets (ben-yays!!) from The Jazz Kitchen.  They are like a powdered sugar donut, only awesomer.  The kids and I loved them I think we got them 4 times on this trip.  Everytime we passed through we would buy a bag.  Good thing I have a mix, because now I am craving them.
Justin found himself an awesome new hat.  Doesn't he look handsome?

I cannot remember what beach we finally ended up at, but it had this cool labyrinth that the kids had to run through.

It was cold and foggy when we finally made it to the beach, but the kids didn't seem to care.  They had a great time playing in the water and getting soaked.

These two pictures totally crack me up.  Hailey was mad because Ian was trying to wreck the sand castle and Ian was mad that we wouldn't let him wreck it.  You can never win with kids I guess.

Now I guess that wraps up the trip.  I love traveling with my family.  My kids are great car riders and they are always up for an adventure, even if it is just to the hotel swimming pool.
